Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Play Studio & Co. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, booking services, classes, packages, and other services offered by Play Studio & Co. (“Play,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By booking a class, purchasing a package, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
1. Bookings
Bookings may be made through our website, Instagram account, or directly at our front desk.
Bookings made through Instagram or at the front desk are subject to availability and are only considered confirmed once Play has confirmed the booking.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking if the required information is incomplete or inaccurate, or if the requested schedule is unavailable.
2. Packages & Validity
All packages are valid only for the period specified on the applicable package or as stated in our Plans & Packages section.
The Founding Pass is subject to the same Terms & Conditions as our other packages, but has its own specified validity period as indicated in the Plans & Packages section.
Once a package has expired, unused sessions cannot be refunded, transferred, or extended unless otherwise approved by Play in writing.
All packages are non-transferable and may only be used by the client under whose name the package was purchased or activated.
3. Rescheduling & Cancellations
Clients may reschedule a booking up to 12 hours before the scheduled class time, subject to availability.
Cancellations are not permitted. If you cancel a booking, the session will be considered forfeited and the corresponding class credit will be deducted.
Rescheduled sessions remain subject to availability and the applicable package or booking validity period.
4. Refunds
All payments are non-refundable.
Refunds will not be issued for cancellations, missed sessions, schedule conflicts, change of mind, or other personal circumstances.
If Play needs to cancel a class due to studio operations, maintenance, or other circumstances on our end, the affected booking or class credit will be restored or an alternative arrangement will be offered.
Any exceptions to this policy are at the discretion of Play and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
5. Late Arrivals
Clients may arrive up to 15 minutes after the scheduled class start time and may still be permitted to join, at the instructor’s discretion.
Arrivals more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time will not be permitted to join the class. The session will be considered used and the class credit will be forfeited.
Late arrival does not extend the duration of a class. All classes end at their originally scheduled time.
6. Studio Access & Conduct
Clients are welcome to arrive early and spend time at the studio before their scheduled class. You are welcome to settle in, have a drink, or simply take your time before class begins.
Clients are expected to follow studio guidelines and to treat our instructors, staff, and other clients with respect.
Play reserves the right to refuse service or ask a client to leave if they engage in disruptive, inappropriate, abusive, or disrespectful behavior, or otherwise fail to comply with studio guidelines.
7. Personal Belongings
Clients are responsible for their personal belongings while at the studio. Play is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
Please keep valuables with you or use the designated storage areas provided by the studio.
8. Photography & Media
Play Studio & Co. may take photographs or videos within the studio for documentation, promotional, social media, or other marketing purposes.
Where required, Play will obtain appropriate consent before using identifiable images of clients for promotional purposes. Clients who do not wish to appear in Play’s promotional content may inform our team.
9. Health & Participation
Clients are responsible for informing Play of any relevant health concerns, conditions, or limitations that may affect their participation before attending a class.
By participating in a class or session, you acknowledge that Pilates and physical activity involve inherent risks and that you are responsible for determining whether you are fit to participate.
Play aims to provide safe and professional instruction but cannot guarantee that injury or other health-related incidents will never occur. To the extent permitted by law, Play is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or health issues arising from participation in our services, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Play Studio & Co. website and related platforms, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, branding, designs, and other materials, belongs to Play Studio & Co. or is used with permission.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Play Studio & Co.
11. Changes to These Terms
Play Studio & Co. may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our services, policies, or operations.
Any updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
