Refund Policy

At Play Studio & Co., we value your time and commitment to your practice. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before booking a class or purchasing a package.

General Policy

All payments made for classes, sessions, and packages are non-refundable.

We do not provide refunds for change of mind, scheduling conflicts, missed sessions, cancellations, expired packages, or other personal circumstances.

Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

Duplicate payments made in error
Incorrect charges or booking errors caused by our system
A class or session is cancelled by Play and an alternative arrangement or class credit cannot be provided

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us with your booking details or proof of payment so we can review the transaction.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

Change of mind after purchase
Scheduling conflicts or personal circumstances
Missed classes or sessions
Cancellations
Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled class time
Failure to use purchased sessions before the package validity period ends
Expired packages
Late arrivals that result in a forfeited session

Please note that cancellations are not permitted. If you need to change your schedule, you may reschedule your booking up to 12 hours before the scheduled class time, subject to availability.

Packages & Expiry

Package validity varies depending on the package purchased. The applicable validity period is stated under the relevant package in our Plans & Packages section.

Once a package has expired, unused sessions are non-refundable and cannot be transferred or extended unless otherwise approved by Play in writing.

Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, Play will process the refund through the applicable payment method or arrangement used for the original transaction.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
